Since most of the important features of your Starwood Home cannot be seen, we have taken several additional steps to ensure everything you cannot see is as well executed as everything you can see.
- For every home we build, the foundation is properly engineered to the exacting specifications of a geotechnical soils report obtained for that particular community.
- We employ a certified engineer to be on site for each foundation pour to make certain that they are completed to the engineered design specifications..
- We employ third-party, licensed, inspectors throughout the construction process to ensure that each home is constructed in accordance with the design standards and specifications as well as all regulatory requirements.
